Real estate signs are an integral part of marketing properties. They draw attention to the listing, offer information to buyers and invite people in to preview their next home. Signage that differentiates a home for sale and offers potential buyers instant access to property details and photos is important for the seller’s success, and to meeting the expectations of today’s clients.
At NextHome Town And Country we re-imagined what a yard sign should look like in front of a home. How can the look, feel and quality of the brand draw attention and consumer interest? Our listing and open house signs were created with the same consumer centric focus as the rest of our branding and marketing. The colors we use pop and draw attention. The shape, content, and layout offers a clean, professional look in the front of your client’s home.

A logo embodies the attitude, identity and business of a company in its name, design and colors. A logo should be relevant to the services, to the industry, and be immediately recognizable by customers.
Our NextHome Town And Country logo was founded upon a name that speaks directly to what we do. NextHome Town And Country represents forward motion, progress, and a transition. The meaning and culture of our company is represented in every element of our logo, icon and mascot. Brand Identity & Personal Connection
Most consumers go online first to find information, research and purchase goods. Despite the surge in online marketing and the push towards mobile consumption, print marketing is still very effective. With online advertising becoming over saturated, print marketing creates a unique, defined and targeted message. It is tangible, credible and engaging.
All forms of print marketing in real estate, from magazine advertisements, brochures, postcards and presentations, are effective when they have consistent quality, are representative of your brand and appeal to the consumer. The material and design we have created for NextHome Town And Country was developed with a focus on current trends and future clients. It visually embodies a forward thinking, fresh, sophisticated and warm personality. Our materials and systems allow our members to create consistency, tying together their online and offline marketing for effective brand awareness, growth and property sales.

The concept, message and quality of design in real estate marketing is at the center of the services we provide. Design is a strategic approach to catching one’s interest and elicits an emotional response. It creates a relationship, a social connection to the product, service and company. The conceptual environment created by design draws consumers to homes, space and lifestyle.
We partnered with Pentagram, one of the highest reputed and well-known design firms in the world, to help us create a unique, fresh and relevant consumer centric brand for real estate. The process we embarked on, and creation of our logo, color combination, and design, is representative of the progressive leadership, innovative vision and culture we have at NextHome Town And Country.
